Shipping, What a Nightmare!

A few things regarding shipping are happening right now. If you are ordering items that do not require shipping, like tickets to a class, your transaction will continue the way it always has. These updates only apply if you are ordering physical merchandise!

Customers in the USA—Due to the tariff situation, many packages are being refused (the person who buys the item is responsible for paying the tariff). Because of this, businesses are not allowed to ship without prepaying the customs & tariff fees. This is very difficult when they keep changing, so like many other Canadian businesses, we have little choice but to suspend shipping to the United States. We hope that this situation is resolved quickly; we will restart shipping to the USA as soon as it is!

Shipping in Canada—Due to the strike at Canada Post, shipping will be delayed. They are our preferred shipping company and also the most economical (the other companies are way more expensive!). Canada Post is currently not accepting new packages, so any physical purchase you make will be delayed until the strike is over, unless you choose a different shipping company.
